SCM Specialist (m/f/d)

A day in the Life:

• Data Maintenance (e.g. changes, updates, new part entry and ECO’s) and administration of ERP and SCM tools
• Support in projects, leading sub-projects
• Extracting and preparing reports to monitor specified SLAs
• Assist and help the SCM team to complete the purchase of appropriate goods and services
• Coordinate cargo loss claims
• Supervise material flow and warehouse operation consistent with organizational requirements
• Coordinate transports
• Follow existing operational, quality, and financial critical metrics (carriers + LSPs)

Keys to Success:

Education

• Graduated in a technical or economical profile

Experience

• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and/or Order Management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Fluent in English and German
• Self-motivated and diligent attitude
• Great teammate demeanor
• Organized and able to work independently
• Learning receptivity
