Your tasks:

As a member of a small team you coordinate all activities for the conduct of multinational clinical trials for our pharmaceutical products. In particular, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Prepare tenders for clinical trials
• Obtain offers from clinical research organisations (CROs), evaluate and pre-select them
• Review and, if necessary, revise documents prepared by the conducting organisations
• Organise and provide trial samples
• Monitor the work of the CROs as well as the respective trial centres on site
• Support the evaluation of periodic study reports and final reports as well as meaningful processing of the results
• Archive all electronic and physical documentation
• Prepare the budget planning for the studies and control payments and expenses continuously

Your profile:

• University degree in natural sciences
• Professional experience in clinical research
• Independent and structured way of working
• High degree of reliability and diligence
• Strong communication skills and willingness to cooperate
• Fluent English language skills
• Good German language skills are desirable, Russian language skills would be an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
