You develop a comprehensive partner program including partner certifications. You cultivate sustainable partnerships with decision-makers at SAP and ServiceNow and their partner ecosystems. You develop effective go-to-market initiatives. You oversee the support (contracts, marketing activities, etc.) and achievement of goals for aconso partners, acting as the central point of contact. You are responsible for the onboarding and successful integration of new partners. You closely coordinate with sales, marketing, product management, and other key functions. Your strengths You already possess strong experience in partner management within the software or B2B cloud environment. It is advantageous to have a network in the SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow ecosystems. You have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and good negotiation abilities. You consider in-person events, meetings, trade shows, etc. as important opportunities for networking. Your experience with public cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform) adds value to our team. Your ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain a structured approach sets you apart. You are willing to travel (25-50 %). Your good German and excellent English skills complete your profile, preferably with English as your native language.
